The horrific reality of the sex trafficking industry has escalated to what experts have estimated to be 100,000-300,000 underage girls sexually trafficked nationally every year. This is not in foreign countries, this is right here in our own backyard. To bring it even closer to home, there are approximately 300-500 underage girls being sexually trafficked in King County right now. This is not just an urban Seattle problem; it has flooded into the suburbs.
